Shipping & Returns
Oz Xtract endeavours to dispatch all orders the same day if they're received before 2pm AEST. However, in some cases we can be busy and dispatch the following day. Orders placed on long weekends, bank holidays, Christmas/New Year months and during sales can take up to 3 business days to be processed.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details. Your order can be tracked at https://m.auspost.com.au/view/tracking or via the Aus post app. Please note tracking details can take up to 24 hours to be updated and be available to track online. When the parcel is “In Transit” we cannot give you any further updates on your delivery as once we have passed it on to Australia Post it is beyond our control.
We dispatch all orders via Express post. Once dispatched it can take 1-3 business days depending upon your location as we are based in Queensland. If you are further out from your capital city it can take up to a day longer.
Oz Xtract will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery due to the fault of Australia Post. If your delivery is not delivered, you as the receiver will need to lodge a missing item’s investigation with Australia Post at this link – https://auspost.com.au/help/. If your tracking number is showing as delivered but you have not received your order please check at your local Post Office’s as from experience this is usually the case.
All orders sent require a signature on delivery unless the customer gives 'Authority to leave' which you can do so by leaving a note at checkout when placing your order. Please note Authority to leave is at your own risk.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the seal in tact. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus the original shipping fee, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
